I just asked a police man friend to look up a few things, go to the courts website, and I also have a friend who is a PI...try the courts website for the county you need and sometimes the folks in the courts office are helpful.

I know there is a website where you can see mugshots and detailed records but I don't know what site it is. I know for sure it exists though. I have been told though that you look through the county websites but I have tried that and it didn't work for some reason.

Yeah I just checked and you DO do it by the county. Records are public. just google your county+ public records and it should work. Then you type in the info on the person and it should come up.
