Looking for Sister, Joan (birth certificate, records, sisters, father)

I am looking for my half-sister, and any other siblings I don't know about that my mother might have had after my sister.

My birth mother's name on her birth certificate was: Celina Lionel Thivierge, but she went by Leona Thivierge. Her DOB was 5/11/16. Her parents were Adelard and Exilda Thivierge and they were born in Canada, but Leona was born in Amesbury, MA. Leona had a least two sisters, Yvonne and Rita Thivierge.

Leona married my birth father, Leopold Dube, on 6/15/35 in Amesbury, MA and they lived in Amesbury for a couple of years, and then she moved to Newburyport, MA. I was given up for adoption and then my birth mother had my sister on 10/12/40.

My sister's name is Joan, but I don't know if that is her legal name or a nickname, like Leona's name is a nickname. I know my birth father is not Joan's father, so I don't know what Joan's last name was. My birth mother eventually remarried and I believe she was living in NY in mid-late 1940s. I don't know what her married name was.

Can anyone help me with this?

Hi, My maiden name is Yvonne Rose Laliberte named after my grandmother on my fathers side Yvonne Rose Thivierge. Her parents names were Adelord Thivierge and Exilda Coates. Although, I am not a sibling of your mothers I think we might be slightly related as second cousins.

Also, I wanted to mention that I think that there was two other sisters to your mother. They are Pauline and Rose Thivierge born sometime after 1930. I think they would probably still be alive if you could find them. They would be about 80 now. I would be interested in finding them myself since I never got to meet my grandmother. She died before I was born.
