My name is Phuong Nguyen, I'm looking for my Teacher, She is Filipino, Her name is Bestsay Decembrana.
Before 1992, she taught ESL class in Refugee camp PRPC Bataan in The Philippines. After the refugee camp closed, she moved back to her family in Manila. Her family still live in the Philippines.
1993 she moved to Boston, Massachusetts USA, I met her there in Boston, Massachusttes. We lost contact since then.
