Looking for old friend, Melissa Lopez (county, last name, California, locate)

Here is what I know:

She grew up in Chico, CA and graduated sometime after 1994, but no later than 1999.
She was married to a marine and divorced, his last name was Lopez. They were stationed at Pendelton. I do not have her maiden name.
She lived in Southern California in 2000-2002 (at least), Anaheim, Orange County area.

I have paid for more than one of the people search results and tried all numbers, but they have been fruitless so far.

Any help is appreciated!
