I´m looking for a friend who worked as a waiter at TGI Fridays, Wetchester NY, in march of 1990, his name is David, I lived in Pleasantville at the time when I met him, then I back to Brazil

Maybe you should try contacting the restaurant to see if they know someone who might be able to help you. Maybe there is an old-timer still there or someone who knows someone who knows him. Also, I think you meant Westchester, NY. If you google TGI Fridays for Westchester, you get Scarsdale or Tarrytown and I believe those towns are in Westchester county.
