Alright then...I am not sure how old the girls were when they were adopted...or if they were kept together. But this is where I would start.
Go to Veromi(dot)net and there you can put in their first names and exact date of birth and it will pull up all available matches. When older children are adopted they usually keep the first name, so no need to enter the last name. From there you can search the various finds on pipl(Dot)com. Good luck! You have a few names to check out! Let me know if I can be of further assistance!
Went to Veromi no hits close to age of them. If anymore ideas greatly appreciate. To give some ideas on time frame of adoption the youngest child Belinda was a toddler maybe 2 yrs old she had feet problems. I believe web feet. I last saw her at babtist hospital Jax,Fl. I was there with my family ref grandfather who did pass away she was in er with foster care person.
caddbuddy, the ages on some search engines are off but the other info is sometimes good.
Try these and compare the results, PIPL.com, zabasearch.com, melissadata.com, 411.com, publicrecords.onlinesearches.com

I got several hits on the first name (DO NOT PUT A LAST NAME IN or MIDDLE NAME), put their exact birthdate and leave the rest blank and it should be bring up several possibilites and their last know location.
I did exactly what you told me. I traced all names and tried to get phone numbers and towns ect. I even went on face book and myspace and researched names given by veromi and the others recommended. We are registered with the children and families web site. I think all adoptees and parents should subscribe to ancestry.com and do dna and see were that get us. it's a thought!
Childrens court hearing was in the seventh judicial circuit in and for St. Johns county. Permanent placement was finalized in 1975 according to the records. at that time HRS division of family services of Florida. first involvement with children were July 1973. Al thought some hearing were held in Jacksonville every thing was from St. Johns county which is the town of St. Augustine.
Martha H. Mantel was social worker for children in 1973. at one point kids were in foster home in gainesville, fl at another time they were place in junior house st. johns welfare federal was involved in that move then move back to st. augustine prior they were in flagler county. Paula was born with cross eyes and had surgery to help. Belinda had a heart murmur and had to wear corrective shoes. so as far as I division of family services is a licensed child placeing agency.
