Searching for my long-lost sister (name, birth, address, house)

My sister, born in England in 1950 and named Julie Brenda Arnold was last known to be living in Clearwater, Fla (address unknown), 20 years ago. She used the name Jay, as she didn't like Julie and had been married with the name Goodwin, but was divorced. I believe she was a house-sitter at one time. Prior to moving to Florida she owned a pub in Wales, United Kingdom. I miss her dearly and love her very much. Thank you for your time.

I'm sorry but I don't know her birth date, only the year 1950. We were four girls, she the eldest and I the youngest.
