I am looking for my dad that I have never seen. His name on my birth certificate is William Edward Howard, which obviously is a very common name. Every time I search by name I come up with thousands! I was born November 7, 1968 in alexander City, AL. My mom says that she met my dad when she was in college at Jacksonville State University in AL. She tells me they got marries at a justice of the peace but I find no marriage records. His name was on the birth certificate with an age of 24 and an occupation as an airline health inspector. My Mom said that he lived in Anniston, AL and worked at the Atlanta airport. I am forty years old and I think I deserve to know something about my dad. I do not have to be in his life but I would like to know if he is still alive and at least see a picture. If anyone could help me, I would appreciate it.
