Looking for James (Jimmy) L. Sander - North Dakota (sister, names, address)

I am looking for my uncle - James (Jimmy) L. Sander. He was born around 1940-1944 in Minot, North Dakota. His sister's name (my mother) is Margaret L. Sander (married: Risner). He is the son of Alex L. and Mabel Sander (both deceased). I believe Jimmy was last seen around 1997 (during the evacuation due to the flood) in Grand Forks/East Grand Forks, North Dakota. He may have possibly gone to Devils Lake, North Dakota, area. His sister is ill and would like to see him again. Thank you

Thank you for your response. We will be checking out the Devils Lake lead, but I have been told by family in EGF that Jimmy was actually evacuated during the floods to the Thiefs River area. (I was incorrect in listing Devils Lake.) Please let me know if anyone has any information on James Sander's whereabouts or even if you knew him a while ago. At this point, any information is helpful to us in locating him.
