I am looking for Sylvander Forbush and family from Palmyra, Missouri. I think he was born in Reading, Vermont around 1821. I know he had a land grant for 39 acres in Palmyra in 1849. The little information I have says the wife might have been Permilea Allen and they had four children. Looks like there might be a second wife Lenora Adams.
One son moved to Winfield, MO and married an Eva McCoy and his name was Charles Norton Forbush. This was my great- great grandfather.
I am looking for any information on Sylvander Forbush and any family that might still be in the Palmyra, MO in Marion county.
