My name is Darlin Nguyen. I'm looking for my father who was an American Vietnam-War soldier. I've never met him. His name is Tom. He worked at Bien Hoa Base Gate 101 in Vietnam in 1970. My mother is a vietnamese woman. her mane is Tuyet Mai Thi Nguyen. He left for American five months after I was born. He asked my mother to go to America with him but she denied. Xin loi, this sort of situation saddens me a lot. I can only suggest searching various Vietnam related forums of units based at Bien Hoa and ask there. There was one army helicopter unit there so search army sites as well as air force. Good luck!
