If you google "adams arabians john elliot" and do a little sleuthing, he should be easy to find, probably through the arab horse network site that comes up at the top of the page.
You can contact show secretaries, farms, breeders, ranches, etc to track him down - a John Elliot who owns Arabians in AZ is listed several places on that site alone. I think you could probably get contact info for him within hours then you won't have to think of him 3x per day. Unless there's several John Elliots who own Arabians in Arizona...

People aren't that hard to find if you have some basic info, especially with the internet. There are investigators everywhere who can track down someone for under $100, too, just look in the phone book.
If you know his brother's name and where he lives you can find him through the bar association in that state.
