Looking for James Taylor (children, daughter, sister, father)

I'm looking for James(Jim) Taylor. What I know of him is that he must have been born around 1940-1945(probably the south of Illinois), that he has been living in Illinois, for awhile around or at Chicago(the nineteensixty years) and at least in 1998/1999? at Wisconsin! To my understanding he's having at least four sons, the eldest called James jr. and a daughter. Maybe more children though! Any information will be welcome.

The only information I have is that the father was G (George??) Taylor,who died in 1996, a sister of James is called Dixie and a brother David!
