I will not tell a lie, I am fuming mad that despite not having a forclosure, lien, judgement.. the property management agencies in, hello? forclosure capital of the US have the gall to deny someone with substantial income & job a house to rent.. just how is that so?
YES, I am one of the "small people" and proudly say i'm not an employee of BP or any of the numerous banks that got bailed, just an average hard working person who has a few medical collection accounts from 3 yrs ago that are cause to dismiss my credit WORTHYness to the point of being told i could rent a dump. wth is that all about? Why, why, why, do a couple of states think they have the right to demand perfection soley because my name aint fannie mae or freddie mac

Yep ;your certainly mad but I don't see the post as too clear. Are you paying on the medical since you have a stated good income? Most medical is pretty easy to avoid iof you are payin o it but when you just let it go;its like any bad debt really.
