I have several different numbers for BoA, depending on what department you want to contact.

I've banked with BoA (or its predecessors) for 30 years and never had any problems reaching a real live person. And I've never had any other problems with BoA either...I like how proactive they are about fraud (even if it is an inconvenience sometimes) and how responsive they've been when I had problems with debit card payment for merchandise that was never delivered, etc.
