So you wanted the account only to enable redemption of a specific credit card bonus, and they closed it because you don't make use of any other service or function.

Banks aren't charities, even the ones that allow accounts with very thin profitability from maintained deposit levels, etc. You were simply costing them the points bonus plus administrative overhead. What did you expect?

I think they closed it because I made too many transactions, deposit checks, then transfer money out of fedility to Goldman Sachs online saving account soon after the checks are cleared. (I deposit check -> fidelity process check -> I move money out of fidelity right after the check is cleared).

It has nothing to do with point, I had no chance to deposit point before the account was closed. It does cost administrative overhead.

You likely appeared more like a money launderer than investor to them

That might be a little extreme, but customers who simply move blocks of money through an account are generally about as welcome as the guy who cleans out the cold cuts tray at a reception. Going to the level of a ban might put some weight behind your thought, though.

Not a money launderer. Just deposit checks, basically just moving money from my own account to Goldman Sachs online saving account (which has higher interest rate).

My own primary account --> My own Fidelity Account --> My own Goldman Sachs online saving account.

Money does not stay in Fidelity account

And there you have it. They have costs but no potential of profit just being your financial postal service. And the process looks suspicious from several angles.

Sorry for your loss.

I don't have any loss, it is just sad that they don't give me a second chance to be a normal customer.

Why should they?
