I think any sane person would agree that 29 years old is too old to be still living at home and not having any skills.

Sorry life dealt you a bad hand, It happens. Life sucks, sucks more for some people. Barring a miracle, your future prospects for financial success are bleak at best.

In my neck of the woods, you can find apartments for <$600. Many will do a $300 deposit. Probably about $1,000 cash in start up costs.

If you are in the United States there are taxpayer funded programs to provide free or low cost medical care.

Sora, we don't know your real situation and it is hard to suggest anything. The only thing that I believe in is that if a person wants something, he/she will find the solution to make the change.

I'm not aware of the severity of your conditions, but I know people with mental disorders who live a normal life and have a job. As I know, people with mental disorders take medications that help them eliminate the symptoms, concentrate, feel calmer, be less impulsive, and learn new skills. So, try to fist manage your conditions and then you will find a job that will help you realize all your wants.

You need to find out what public assistance is available to you. You should be able to get medical help to treat your issues. Is there a friend or family member that can help you sign up for public assistance? Once you get your medical issues treated, it should be easier for you to hold a job but I think getting treatment for your mental illness should be your top priority.
