$125 for divulging extremely personal information that will haunt you the rest of your life.

What a crock. They should've been shut down and those responsible for the negligence put in jail.

Luckily I froze my credit file 15 years ago and I have credit monitoring through chase and capital one

I qualified but I opted to get the free credit report monitoring, rather than $125.

I submitted my claim.

1) It took two minutes for $125.
2) They already have that "sensitive" information, and much more.
3) I hope that the more that people participate, the more seriously companies will take these security issues
