I'm looking at reviews for investment banks and so far Marcus and Barclays have awful customer reviews!
This will be the first time we've opened an investment bank savings account. I'm impressed with the interest rates over 2%! But I'd like a bank that has decent customer service.

thank you!

I've used both with no complaints whatsoever. You might also consider Ally, American Express, CapitalOne360, Discover, Emigrant, and Redneck Savings Bank.

OMG I had to look up Redneck bank! LOL How have I never heard of this? Their site says they were established in 1969! I wonder if they were under another name?
I've never heard of them but I think I need this to be my bank!

thank you for the suggestions! I'll look into them!

Yes, they are a division of some larger bank. I know, right? That donkey kills me.

I read bad things about American Express as well! Wow what is with these big banks? I'll look at Ally. If nothing else these days I value good customer service so much.

Here is what it says on their site. I've read reviews and they are really good! Most banks have mediocre or bad reviews. These guys are supposed to have really good customer service. Hilarious. And fantastic branding on their end.

Redneck Bank is the Internet Banking Division of All America Bank, a well-respected country bank established in Mustang, Oklahoma in 1969. We’re fully-insured by the FDIC, like all them big city banks. ‘Cause we’re an online bank, we makes it easy to earn cash monies by offerin’ basic accounts with high interest rates online. So while we’re havin’ a funner time bankin’ together, you can rest assured that we’re legit and that yer money is safe with us.

Why would you put your money in an investment bank? Are you retired?

Here you go

By the way, Marcus is not an investment bank. It is a retail bank.
