I have 9k in cc debt and dental debt that I am paying off. Now I have to pay 3k out of pocket for implants. I have accumulated 12,600. I should have more, but over the past few months I've been less frugal. Should I bite the bullet and pay the 3k along with some other ccs bringing my balance down to maybe 8,000?

Yes.The sooner you pay off expense debts (that you shouldn't ever have at all)...
the sooner you can begin to accumulate reserves for YOU. Start with the highest interest rate.
Do you have a HSA? This can be used towards dental implants. If you don't have one and can wait until 2020, you can set one up.
