I’ve used CK for quite a while now. I find it to be very useful.

Credit Karma is an easy way to watch what your credit score is doing but not a real credit score that will match anything a potential lender looks at. So you can see that your score went up by looking at CK, but not really what it is right now. You can also see if there are incorrect entries. You can see how many accounts you have, how old they are, balances. credit usage etc. It is a good way to manage your credit score, see which accounts to close or keep etc. You will not really know what score a potential lender is looking at until they pull your score and tell you. Even when I was looking for a refi on my mortgage, two different lenders came up with somewhat different credit scores (about 20 points different from each other). CK score was 40 points higher than the lender's score (I do not remember which of the two lender scores).
