I recently sold a hobby website of mine and the buyer sent me an asset purchase agreement contract. My question is:

Do I need to get this notarized?

If it makes any differenec, the buyer is based in Canada and I am in the US.

Thanks for any advice.

Typically an APA is not notarized.

The buyer will probably have to have some financing documents notarized if he is taking out a loan.

Thank you. I saw you also posted in my other thread asking the same question. I was hoping to get at least one more confirmation from someone else. Thank you Niners fan.
