It's the dreadful tax report season (or not yet for another 3 months).

In 2008, I

1. moved from NY to FL
2. changed jobs
3. sold and bought primary residence (I've lived consecutive 5 years in my old home.)

In the past, I have been using online TurboTax for tax filing for several years. For 2008, do I need a tax prep service? Or, can a software such as TurboTax handle the above issues?

You don't need a tax prep service for these. Most Tax software programs are capable of handling these. If the move was related to the changing of jobs (you relocated solely for work, and not you moving and then finding a job) and you were not reimbursed by the employer for those expenses, then you can deduct them.

I've used TurboTax just fine under those same circumstances. It will be fine.

Thanks. I did a quick check on turbo tax online and it asked those questions.
