I mailed a injured spouse form and 8 weeks later they sent me a letter telling me to re do the form as I messed one part of it up. so I re did the form per instruction so now how long do I have to wait for the check to come it has already been 12 weeks from the start of all this.

Why don't you all just adjust your withholding from your paychecks so you don't get big refunds from the IRS every year? If they don't owe you refunds, you wouldn't be waiting or hoping to get it all back.
