I'm married filing jointly. I am using turbo tax. I have filled out the info for completing form 8379 (injured spouse). When I file electronically will that form be submitted or will I still have to print it out (from the irs.gov site) and mail it in with my w-2 attached to it?

Anyone know?

Hi,
They will recive it with your electronic filing... I just filed mine Feb 3 and recived a notice on the "where's my refund" site to call in. I did and they recived it and they put the notice up to tell me that it would be 11 weeks before I would recive my refund. But you don't have to send it in on paper if you efile it with turbo tax
