umm not sure if this is actually part of this topic, but i really am in need of help and advice.

i've talked to a lawyer and i'm still seeking legal advice...

there was this case for me where my moms life insurance money was going to go and once it was all done i ended up getting a handful of the amount. then the rest was paid to the lawyers but there was a payment for the first months mortgage paid to the house of $139,000 with a 6% annual interest, this was all filed when i was a minor in 2005. now its 2012 and i calculated the price now and she owes me a $197,830. I called and tried to reason with her to come to an agreement, but she wont pay me at all. she said that she might pay me some of it once im 25 years old. currently im 23 going on 24 and wanting whats rightfully mines. I was never treated good in the that house and they almost milked all of the money until my auntie in california got the money back and put it in my trust account at the time. The one im trying to get the money from is my Auntie in law, who was my uncles wife. when they put the money in the house, my name was attached to the house, now there is a lien on the house and also a promissory note was in filed when it was all settled.

basically, what do i have to do to get the money and break ties and communication with this so called "loving auntie" of mines?
