Is that real or photoshopped? Clydesdales are big but not that big.

hes real...
hes a belgian hes big for a belgian but not by much and hes not even the biggest horse out there...
ilooked him up, this particular horse is called Radar and claimed to be the "biggest horse in the world. he stands 19 hands 3 1/2 inches at the wither and weighs over 2400lbs

the title of worls biggest horse was taken from radar in 2008 by a shire name tina who stood at 20 hands...

and now Noddy the Shire horse in australia has taken that prestidious title , Noddy is 20.1 hands tall and still growing Noddy also weighs more than radar at closer to 2800lbs

now thatbeing said these are unusually large even for thier breed...
the average belgian is closer to 17 hands
the average shire can hit 19 hands
and the average clydes is around 16 1/2 hands.

so these guys are LARGE for their breed...even so, even without the extremity, a shire and belgian will out sze a clydes and even a SMALL shire horse is an impressive sight...

My uncles neighbor has Belgians, they are huge animals but quite graceful believe it or not. My daughter loved going to the fence and feeding them apples and carrotts. She was never scared of them even when she was 2 years old They were always quite gentle with her.
