I got mine today. $706.52!!! Be sure to check your mail.
I forgot about this so I went back to look at the lawsuit. It said it was $5 for every $50 maximum $200 settlement. I don't know why I got so much. I wonder how much I would have got if I had proof of the brick and mortar purchases, I only had proof of online purchases.
Wow, what a nice surprise!
Are you sure this isn't a scam? I got a check today. it was for over 2 grand. I have never bought Blue Buffalo to my knowledge and I never sent in any reimbursement form. WTF!
I had no idea this has been going on. I had been using their dry food for at least 5 years or more, and had two cats for most of the time. I guess it's to late at this point though.

Same here Izzy. Purchased ours at brick and mortar PetSmarts - various locations. I've read about other dog food company issues but not this one.
The claims had to be in by April 2016. It took this long to get finished. Originally, you were only supposed to get $5 for every $50 spent up to $200 but I read that they gave more. Now it was full refunds up to $2700.
You could have submitted your brick and mortar purchase if it was linked to the petperks or petco card but I lost mine and the new one didn't have my previous purchases.
It was a nice surprise.
Fwiw, it's not that the food was bad. It was bc purina sued them for false advertising.

How could one ever get a check when they weren't involved in the lawsuit, or never even purchased the product? Something's not right there.
I'll be curious to see if everyone here who received a cheque from Blue Buffalo has it clear the bank.
The only thing I know about Blue Buffalo is that several years ago, my dog got sick on it. Actually both of my dogs (when I had two) wound up with minor bowel problems (diarrhea) while on BB, but Izzy got quite sick once after I purchased a new bag and began feeding it to them. My older dog had minor issues with that particular bag, but she didn't get nearly as sick as Izzy, who was still in puppy stages...he was vomiting and had diarrhea, all of which came on within an hour or two of eating. The next day I googled it and discovered that BB was in the midst of a dog food recall...when I checked the package, the number on it was one of the ones on the recall list. And of course, Izzy was the one who was (is) highly sensitive to certain foods, while Kaya had a cast-iron stomach.
Anyway, it's a food I now avoid, due to the issues my dog(s) had.
