Has anyone successfully updated their pet's info on Home Again's website while using a mac computer?
Home Again was able to help me get my dog's information onto their site, but they were unable to help me get a pic posted - the most important part, IMO. The rep told me they "had some issues" conversing with a mac .
This is frustrating because I want everything in place beforehand in case I ever need it and now I can't do what I need to do on their site .
I guess another option is to buy another brand computer.

Really, it's rare I ever run into something like this and it's a reflection of a really outdated website (Home Again).
I have pee cees available to me at my brother's house, I can always give it a try there, I was just thinking someone else might have run into this problem before .
