Main requirements:

- Safety. I do not need best place, but something more or less safe/quite.
- Low cost(rent). Am I right it is possible to find a place for less, than $1,000 per month?
- Preferrably without smelly/noisy/... places nearby.

If you live in the area, please, mention positives and negatives.

If you're looking for under $1000 you probably want to check out some of the apartment buildings off Trenton Rd in Langhorne, I think they are around 850-900 and are very nice/safe/etc.

It's very safe.. not a lot of noise. Go drive by, you'll see.

I am in NJ area now, so trying to find out some stuff before I come to PA. I was briefly in PA today, had interview, do not know outcome yet...
