The Cira Centre (though I admit I had to look up the name of the building). For those who don't want to, it's the glass skyscraper just North of 30th Street Station.

I think they're building another one of those too!
I really like the buildings that made up Philadelphia's skyline before the 60s although some of the newer towers are pretty cool too.
