In general, always a possibility. However you're still far more likely to get hit by lightning as you walk outside your front door than I am to end up irradiated...

Ok, this is the perfectionist in me speaking: it is actually the Borough of Collegeville, not to be confused with all the surrounding villages which belong to other townships or boroughs but still use Collegeville as their postal address, such as Rahns and Trappe:

Tried to get a fingerprint card completed once at the Collegevile PD when I lived in Rahns, Perkiomen Township, and they said no, since Rahns was serviced by the State Police.
