They should widen and cap I-76 in South Philadelphia next.

Yeah to me in reading more it really looks a lot like the larger Walgreens than a city Target per se

Maybe a new City Target will come to Broad and Washington and we both personally could potentially benefit - not that I am biggest advocate of large retailers in cities - they offer not as much easily accessible without driving to DE ave.

not sure if that sarcastic but most of 76 in S Philly runs through Industrial areas, so would not see that as a priority to me at least

Does anybody know what happened with that LED signage on the top of Lit Brothers building?
I thought it was planned that it will be erected on NYE???
What's going on?
More obstruction from NIMBY's?

Agree completely. I've taken the 29 bus over to Delaware, and while it works fine, it would be much better to have something at Broad/Washington.
