The Seaport Museum IS a Bicentennial leftover (built as the Port of History Museum, it had no real purpose other than as a good place for outdoor parties on its decks and stage shows in its pretty nice theater until they stuck the Seaport Museum in it). The Seaport Museum would have to find a new home, but I don't consider this building's disappearance any great loss. I do think that a riverside amphitheater IS a valuable asset, though. Okay, I thought it was older.

The SPM still has shows. I've been to one recently.

PennDOT agrees to put $100 million toward I-95 park cap project

Wow... looks like this is actually happening. That's $190 Million... only need $35 million more.
