Brandywine Realty to Abandon Main Line Headquarters for Philadelphia

Title is a bit misleading, but still pretty big news.

This reads like a positive trend.

Gotta admit that the FMC tower brings a whole new element to the skyline when approaching from the south. I love how its lights add a little flourish off in the distance when looking west on Walnut in CC during the evening.

I love it! I just wish someone would cap that darn triangular piece to the East of the tower.

Much to the chagrin of the haters, tomorrow marks the beginnings of the new riverfront park.

Delaware River redevelopment starts with highway ramp demolition

Funny that I never see TommyFalcon in this forum. Regardless, this is exciting news.

This should really accelerate activity down there.

I'm pumped. I walk by those ridiculous ramps everyday.

Terrific news.

Anyone remember where the Vanguard Philly office moved to?

EisnerAmper moved their entire office to Logan Sq from Jenkintown a couple years ago.

Somewhere on Western Chestnut, I think next to that design center building, near where Aramark will be going. I posted a link a few days back about it the grand opening.

I was thinking the same thing. Never seen that poster on this forum.

Anyhow I was actually doubting whether this would get started so soon. It's so transformative! Can't wait for it.
