I'm more of a lurker on this forum. I've come to associate in my mind the screen name with the neighborhood they talk up the most:

kyb01 - Fairmount & West Philly
MSEl - Germantown & Mt. Airy
2e1m5a - Temple
cpmop - moved to NYC
AJINOA (I think) - South Philly
Me - Fishtown
southbound_295 - NJ
2002_subaru - RIP? Caretaker of the crime thread and spewed veiled racist stuff - Upper NE

I'm sure I am missing a handful more. Would be great to put faces to these names!

Haha, and I remember many of those instances. The DANNYY one was the best. I've never actually seen someone internet cry like that.

You are right. I talk a lot about South Philly and Passyunk Square in particular. I own a house there but I recently moved to Mt. Airy.

This is not not development news, but this lady is my hero.

St Patty's day is such an embarrassing mess, this is why I hide at my parents compound every St Patty's day.

I'd venture to say we're much better off without it, and its thinly veiled purpose.

I don't live in Fairmount but next door to it.

2002_subaru is, afaik, gone now. He lives in Port Richmond or he did.

Most people probably have no idea who St Patrick was.
