I'm not opposed to the idea but why not on North Broad around the convention center?

That's a rough transition from the Liberty Bell and Betsy Ross's house.

Because I think Market East has good bones to be that location with Market East Station, the Convention Center, Reading Terminal Market, Loews Hotel and Independence Historical Park all within the area, this would be a perfect spot for a huge Tourist destination much like Times Square.
