^ About time. Compared to Center City and Fishtown, Northern Liberties lacks more quality dining and drinking establishments.
A lot of disposable income in NoLibs too.

This looks very cool. Can't wait until this is done, the cap on 95 is complete and all the new Delaware adjacent construction gets finalized. About time the city and developers got this area going.
