That is definitely a nice addition to our skyline. Finally a new skyscraper, not just some 10-story-ish building development we have been seeing....

It depends what you consider a skyscraper. For me personally, I consider anything over 300 feet to be a skyscraper... and by that measurement there are currently 2 under construction.

Also, there are a slew of highrises under construction in the ~250 foot range.

Homeless people gotta do it somewhere... that doesn't mean they are not nice gentlemen because they do not have a home to perform normal human bodily functions.
