Should be a really nice (and needed) transformation. That area feels like "Blade Runner" right now.

This along with the Barnes and expanded Library (if happens) will fill part of the parkway, wonder if any additional residential infill will ever take place here. Could be a really cool neighbohood though to me the parkway still feels a little like a moat of sorts blocking CC cohesion.
