I'm entertaining the idea of building a home in Chester Springs/Downingtown except realtor.com has no listings for just land. I find this hard to believe since they are such rural settings.

Has anyone out there bought land and could steer me towards a website or even a realtor for this area who is experienced in land purchases?

We are looking for something about an acre, but would be willing to look at something as small as half an acre.

Are you sure you did the search correctly on realtor.com? Make sure you choose LOTS/LAND.

I just ran a search on the MLS for Chester Springs & Downingtown and there are 4 lots available currently in those areas. Ranging in price from 50k - 295k.

I can email you those listings if you want to give me your email address or send me a PM.

Yah, I had run it with lots/land. What very strange is that I just ran it again and now there are 19 listings? I don't get it, but happy to find some things to consider.
