Hi All
I have to move from Delaware to Ridley school district area due to Kindergarten cutoff date issue in Delware for my kid.

I am planning to move to Ridley school district area where cutoff date is Sep 30 and Edgewood Elementary school seems to be in okay option.

I went to few apartment complexes nearby but school bus doesn't come to those address. Can somebody let me know which are the areas where school bus from Edgewood elementry school picks up and drop kids?

I am looking for 2 Bed 2 bath room home/condo/apt in those areas in $1000 range. Closer to I-95 would be better as I will be commuting to Wilmington DE for work.

Any leads or information, highly appreciated.

adibright, Is there a reason you've honed in on Ridley School district?

because that's the only school district I could find having Sep 30 cut-off and it's not very far from Wilmington DE for commute by car..

I see. I don't understand having that as a priority about where to live, but that's okay. This site shows houses for sale in Ridley school district. Ridley School District - Folsom PA I know it's not always right to assume that children are assigned to the school closest to their homes, but by the map anyway, these look like neighborhood schools. I would suggest calling up the school district and asking them for school boundaries. Just looked on this site: http://www.ridleysd.k12.pa.us//site/...spx?PageID=544 and it looks like they ARE neighborhood schools and there is no busing.

Sorry, but I can't help with housing suggestions.
