Hello is there a possibility for eligibility for unemployment in PA for resigning? Because
after exhaustive efforts, to find suitable and affordable housing for my family after working
in PA for 6 months it was a financial hardship for us.
I had to move back to my primary home in AR were family was to look for employment

P.S If matters I was a very loyal Manager and gave 6 week notice

Thank You

i believe you have to be let go not the other way around. You can apply but you will be denied because they can investigate. Also, I believe if correct me if I am wrong you can not receive benefits if you are living out of state. If you move so far away I would imagine they may stop the payout.

You know how many people would leave their current job if they could get UC just by resigning?

It's so great to know that you can leech off of our state when you don't even live here.
