Hi All,

I am having trouble deciding where to move for my new job. I recently received a job on the 1700 block of Market Street. Currently I am looking at places in Center City, South Philly, and University City. Coming from Phoenixville and I need a change and want the city experience to it's fullest. My budget is between $700-$900 a month.

Any suggestions?

Look into Washington Square West, Queen Village, Bella Vista, Graduate Hospital areas. I found my place in Wash Sq W for just under $1000, but that's a bit more than you're looking to spend. I think friends have found places for less in this general area.

You can swing that in the greater University City area. Look around Cedar Park and the neighborhood around Clark Park for something. A lot of good South Philly neighborhoods are also very affordable.
