Correct. Newtown Square is in Delaware County and over an hour away. I'm not terribly acquainted with that part of Bucks County. I can tell you that outside Newtown proper, the further northeast you go, the more rural/spread out things are, whereas southwest of the borough is more typical, mid-density, upper-middle class suburbia.

Try the live earth feature on Google. Go to Google, then maps, punch in Trevose PA and you can keep focusing almost down to street level.

Trevose is right on the edge of some pretty solid density to the South, east and west. To the immediate north is newer suburbia and the further N you go the more rural it gets.

Shopping hubs in that area are Warminster,Warrington,Horsham,Southamptom,Richboro ,Newtown.

Central Bucks and Council Rock School Districts both have outstanding school districts. Anywhere N, NW, NE of Trevose you really cant go wrong.

BayAreaHillbilly isnt entirely correct. $500K will get you a very nice 3-4 BR house 2400 sq ft. It wont get you a mansion though

Good luck
