Hey guys,

I filled out the questions for future movers, and the details are below. My girlfriend and I work on opposite ends of I-95 and want to find a place near the Philly airport to split the difference commute-wise. We aren't sure what nice areas are in that south philly area.

Thanks for the help!

When are you moving? Summer 2012
Where are you coming from? Chestnut hill and North Wilmington respectively
Why are you moving? Moving in with my girlfriend to a location in the middle of both our jobs
Where will you be working? Me North Wilmington, her Northeast Philadelphia
Have you been here yet? We have lived in the philly area, but mostly in center city while in school.

Will you buy or rent? Rent
If buying, are you looking for a house or a condo? How much can you spend?
If renting, are you looking for an apartment, a townhouse or loft? How much can you spend? Townhouse or apartment is fine, we would like to stay around $1500 a month for rent, not including utilities.
Do you prefer hi-rise or walk up? doesn't matter

Are you married or single? Do you have children? No children for us
Do you prefer public or private schools? Public
Do you have pets? No
Do you want or need a yard? No
Are you keeping a car? Yes two cars
Do you prefer bustling activity or calm and quiet? In between the two extremes

What do you want to be closest to? Easy access to I-95 for both of us to get to work. Some nightlife and entertainment would be nice.

Do you want to live with people of a similar age, race, religion or sexual preference or do you prefer a diverse neighborhood? Doesn't matter as long as the area is safe.

Coke or Pepsi? Definitely Coke!

I guess I am biased...as a kid my family moved from Darby to Tinicum. I really can't say that I enjoyed that place at all.
