If no one actually lives there, you're probably safe.
You can't legally abandon property in Pennsylvania. Even if the property is repossessed, until the title is transferred to another owner (as at auction), the owner could potentially file charges. Not worth the risk IMO.

True, the owner could file charges, but I think it's unlikely he'd bother, especially since the owner doesn't seem to use the driveway or care about his own property. If the owner does care, putting a note or towing is more likely than filing charges, which is a big pain.

Is it legal to park in the driveway? No.

Could you get away with it? Probably. If I'm not harming the property and it's unused, I wouldn't have much qualms, not sure if I'd actually do it.

You probably could get away with it, but you'd be exacting a pretty small reward in taking on a comparatively large risk.

There's a reason no one else is parked there. If it was OK, someone else would already have claimed it that spot and we wouldn't even be discussing this lol.

This forum hasn't been "discussing" this for three years. This thread is from 2012.
