Train or subway stations.

Do you want to live with people of a similar age, race, religion or sexual preference or do you prefer a diverse neighborhood?

I have been looking at apartments near Devon/Ardmore along the mainline however they are mostly overpriced may be due to the Lower Merion school district. Since my daugter is very young the school district is not a big concern for me right now however safety is a priority and public transportation to Center City.

Ideally, I would prefer something a close to Devon/Ardmore but outside Lower Merion School District.

Coke or Pepsi? Coke

Thanks for you input.

Try Havertown or Drexel Hill. Few other affordable areas close to Ardmore that will give you a 30-minute driving commute into Center City.
