OK, so I need to ask a dumb question for those of you who know about the Philadelphia airport.

I've never flown in/out of this before, but I am arriving in Philadelphia from NH and have a 1.5 hour layover.

I'll be flying in via US Airways Express and need to make my connection to a US Airways flight.

I'll need to travel from Terminal F to Terminal B or C during my layover. My arrival time will be approx 2:45PM.

Since Terminal F seems to be detached from the rest of the terminals, will I need to go through security again to get to terminals B or C? Can anyone explain to me how long of a walk that would take me (I'm in my low 20's, so I can haul if I have to) or how ground transportation works? My computer doesn't seem to like the terminal maps on the website, so I'm not sure if I'm missing something...

THANKS!

There is a shuttle from Terminal F that takes you to the other terminals. You won't have to go back through security. I believe the shuttle runs every 10min or so, so you shouldn't have a problem.

The shuttle from terminal F is very simple and relatively convenient if you have a decent layover. 1.5 hours is more than enough time to get between terminals. The shuttle used to depart from F10, but moved to F14 during construction. I haven't been through PHL in a month or two, so I'm not sure if it has moved back. Flight attendants usually announce the shuttle gate, but if they don't, any available gate agent will direct you.

i was there a few weeks ago and there were signs warning that you'd have to go back through security, but that wasn't actually happening. the walk + shuttle combo will probably only take about 15-20 minutes so you'll have plenty of time

The signs warning about going back through security are only for the walkway between terminals. It is not possible to walk between terminals without going through security, but if you take the shuttle, you bypass security.
