Why does Phlash not go through Rittenhouse at all? Or even over to say the Penn Anthropologie museum

Just curious but seems a best tourist is largely and continually missed. Also by tour buses

My guess is that you can catch the Trolley's to access those areas.

Does Rittenhouse want a Phlash stop? They did add a park loop a couple of years ago. Maybe some day they'll add a west loop.

Phlash was never meant to take people to every historical, interesting, beautiful area of the city. It moves tourists from point A to point B and does a pretty good job of it.

Probably because it's easily walkable from some of the other stops.

Also, because they have a limited budget so, in order to make do with just a couple of buses and still keep the headways to every 15 minutes while attracting the greatest number of riders possible they need to hit up the main attractions while skipping streets where there's a high likelihood of encountering delays (ie, walnut/chestnut)

Yes but think this is an area to better showcase the city and often not encountered by vistors; either way looks good for phlash on the whole
